MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Though the majority of members in The Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners are NP's,
LANP welcomes members from any profession who are sincerely concerned about Louisiana healthcare and who are committed to the profession of Nursing. Our membership growth has gradually increased since our incorporation in 1991.

LANP's membership is broken down into eight regions covering the entire state of Louisiana.

LANP members have many specialties, with many listing more than one.

LANP gained its first student member in 1995. Since then Student membership has steadily grown becoming more than 1/3 of total membership.
